Balanssi - feel good about your day. We cooked with heat and for a long time, simmering soft gritty and tasty porridge. We seasoned it with plenty of apples and a touch of cinnamon. The fiber in Balanssi porridge comes from oat grain and the porridge is rich in fibre. Gentle porridge contains gluten-free oats in many forms.
