Balanssi - feel good about your day. We cooked with heat and for a long time, simmering soft gritty and tasty porridge We seasoned it with sea buckthorn and a touch of vanilla. The fiber in Balanssi porridge comes from oat grain and the porridge is high in fibre. Gentle porridge contains gluten-free oats in many forms.
