We filled this Texmex cheddar cheese Läppä with fresh tomato sauce and a juicy, spicy cheese filling, which contains plenty of aromatic cheddar cheese, as well as paprika and tomato to complement the taste. Läppä crust dough is a familiar pizza dough traditionally raised with yeast, which we enriched with corn flour and baked in the pizza oven until wonderfully toasty.
