We filled this Texmex fajita spicy chicken Läppä with a fresh tomato sauce and a juicy spicy chicken filling that contains roasted chicken cubes, tomato, onion and plenty of aromatic cheddar cheese. Läppä crust dough is a familiar pizza dough traditionally raised with yeast, which we enriched with corn flour and baked in the pizza oven until wonderfully toasty.
