Valio MiFU® mince is an easy solution for a main course. The Valio MiFU® Original mince is mildly seasoned and you can use it in anything in which you would use regular minced meat. Valio MiFU® mince is made from Finnish milk and milk protein. The pack of 250 grams of mince is equivalent to about 400 grams of minced meat in recipes. Valio MiFU® mince is at its best when quickly fried on a pan. The deliciously crispy frying surface appears in an instant. Use the mince in sauces, casseroles, oven bakes, pizzas and tortillas. If you want to speed up cooking, you can also add it to food as it is.
