A tasty and juicy pea protein-based patty, perfectly sized (100 g) for burgers. The patty contains rapeseed powder Apetit BlackGrain from Yellow Fields, which is an innovation by Apetit. The combination of rapeseed powder and pea protein enhances the flavor and texture of the plant-based patty. The mouthfeel and bite of the Kasvisjauhis Burger Patty feel like a meat-based patty, while its mild and pleasant taste makes it a good match with many different flavour combinations.
Ingredients
Hydrated pea protein 63% (EU), rapeseed oil, water, partially defatted rapeseed flour*, potato starch, thickeners (E461, E407a), flavourings, spices (onion, paprika, garlic, black pepper), pea fibre, brown sugar, beetroot concentrate (beetroot juice powder, maltodextrin), iodised salt, colour (E150c). Partially defatted rapeseed flour may cause an allergic reaction in individuals allergic to MUSTARD and products thereof.
