This ready-made, shapable vegan lentil loaf is perfect for making vegan patties or veggie meatballs, for example. The Lentil Loaf contains, among other ingredients, green lentils, grilled eggplant and bell pepper, pumpkin seeds, and sundried tomatoes and spices. You can also customize the Lentil Loaf for your tastes. This product is a frozen food and must be thawed in the cold prior to usage. This product is available in 1 kg packs, which each contain five bars.
