Hummus made from chickpeas, familiar from Middle Eastern and Mediterranean countries, is a protein-rich addition to vegetarian dishes. Regular hummus has been accompanied with wonderfully fresh pumpkin and beetroot hummus. Hummus is tasty on its own, but you can add herbs, lemon juice or garlic to give it a personal touch. Roasted, gluten-free hummus is great as a side dish, spread and topping. All our hummus is also suitable for a vegan diet.
