Gluten-free Elovena Oat Cooking is made from oats and used like cooking cream in baking and cooking. It is perfect for sauces, soups and oven bakes, for example. Oats give the product a soft and rich flavour and texture, in addition to which the product contains good-quality fats in the form of rapeseed oil. The product is made from Finnish oats with carbon-neutral energy in Raisio, Finland. 100% plant-based.
