Medium sized, lightly seasoned plant-based balls. The balls contain Swedish legumes and are rich in protein and fibre. They are also gluten-free and have a very low carbon footprint, around 0,84 kg CO2e/kg product according to CarbonCloud. Ingredients are mixed together. The mix is then shaped into balls that are pre-fried. Lastly, the balls are individually quick-frozen and packaged.
