Gold&Green® PRO flakes are a versatile vegetable protein source for the food industry and professional kitchens. This protein source can be stored in dry storage, so it won’t take up valuable cold storage space. The flakes add texture, protein and fiber to a wide range of vegetarian dishes. The product is easy to prepare, as no pre-cooking or moistening is required. Gold&Green® PRO flakes contain only three ingredients: oat bran, pea protein, and broad bean protein. This makes them an ideal vegan and gluten-free protein source for many plates. The product is soy-free. Use as a source of vegetable protein in shaped products such as patties and dumplings, ready meals and meal sauces, pizzas and pie fillings.
