Jalotofu products made in Tammisaari are suitable as a protein or instead of meat in almost any food. - Jalotofu Soft, as the name implies, is a tofu with a soft structure that can be used in cooking in many different ways. It is suitable for cold or hot foods and can be used either as such or cooked. The fluffy, even creamy texture of the soft tofu, also known as silken tofu, makes it easy to use, as a protein-rich ingredient in dips, in salad dressing, in smoothie and even in desserts. Jalotofu Soft, made from European organic soybeans, also serves as an alternative to eggs in many recipes. Try replacing one egg with half a deciliter of soft tofu.
