Spice-free, delicious Alleri series vegetable steak (55 g x approx. 70 pcs) facilitates safe eating in professional kitchens for those following different special diets. The vegetable content of the vegetable patty is 87% (carrot, potato, zucchini, onion). The product is gluten-free, grain-free, milk-free, lactose-free, soy-free and egg-free, and contains no spices. The raw materials are domestic and the product meets the Heart Mark criteria and don’t contain iodine. Developed and produced in Finland, from Finnish ingredients.

| Preparation instructions (Fin) | Kuumenna uunissa 160 C sulaneena n. 7–8 min, jäisenä n. 15–20 min tai paista pannulla öljyssä sulaneena n. 3 min. molemmin puolin, jäisenä miedolla lämmöllä n. 7 min per puolin. Arvot ovat ohjeellisia ja riippuvat käytettyjen laitteiden tehosta. Sisälämpötilan tulee nousta vähintään 70 °C:een. |
