Friggs Corn cake Chia Seeds & Sea Salt is made from corn and chia seeds, with a little sea salt added. Contains whole grains and plenty of fiber. The most important property of chia seed is the omega-3 content of the oil it contains, which is much higher than in fish or other grains and seeds. Another great feature is the significant amounts of fiber, antioxidants and vitamins (A, B1, B2, B3) as well as minerals such as calcium, iron, zinc. Chia seeds contain about 40% vegetable oils, an estimated 20% protein, and no cholesterol. Corn cakes are perfect for a healthy snack, either as such or coated with your favorite topping!
