OSCAR® Beef Fond concentrate Organic is a powerful beef fond that goes well with heavier dishes or dark sauces. You get a stock with good flavour and depth. You can e.g. use Beef Fond concentrate as a base for your red wine sauce, Madeira sauce, or for cooked or braiser dishes, such as beef bourguignon. It is also good for adjusting the dishes if they just need an extra boost. Bottle with 1 l concentrate gives up to 51 1 stock.
