OSCAR® Signature Vegetable Bouillon is a mild classic vegetable bouillon that with its natural vegetable taste goes well with vegetarian dishes such as risotto or polenta. The Vegetable Bouillon can also be used in soups and purees. The Vegetable Bouillon can be used cold, either reduced as frozen granité, or as a base in a cold cucumber soup.
