Snellman's tasty S0 cubes of pork are completely free of additives. When the meat is cooked in a vacuum at low heat in its own liquid, it becomes very tender. The cubes are loose after heating, which facilitates and speeds up further processing in the kitchen. They're great for casselores, salads and meat sauces.
