BELAZU Beldi preserved lemon is a classic of North African cuisine with a soft peel and aromatic piquant taste. The lemons are sorted and packed by hand to preserve their fruitiness and fragrant aroma as much as possible. The intense lemony and mildly salty taste brings freshness and depth to food: add chopped to stews, sauces, salads, marinades, as well as couscous and rice dishes.
