Puljonki chicken bouillon is a mild chicken stock and can be used in a variety of dishes. The light broth can be used in soups, light sauces and stews such as chicken and asparagus, as well as chicken soup. The bouillon is suitable for boiling broth and cooking chicken. It also works in risottos, purees and cold sauces.
Ingredients
Chicken bones, water, onion, carrot, salt, herbs (tarragon, rosemary, thyme, bay leaves). Made with 0,78 kg chicken bones per 1 l bouillon.
