Product description: A traditional full-bodied crayfish sauce, the taste of which is complemented by the aromas of dill and fennel seeds. Applications: For example, prepare crayfish soup by adding half a liter of fish broth and 2 dl of cream to a liter of sauce. Season with curry or dill. The sauce is also great for crab pastes and directly as a fish sauce.
