The petite tender is part of the chuck, and it is considered to be one of the tenderest cuts of beef. Our petite tender is 100% Finnish beef. The pack contains two whole petite tenders that can be cut easily into the desired size. Fry the meat in a pan that is as hot as possible to give it a crisp, brown surface while the inside remains deliciously pink.
