Authentic Italian, largely handmade cream and vanilla flavored gelato stuffed with cocoa flakes and cocoa coating. High quality and affordable. Made from milk, contains less fat than ice cream. The dense structure typical of gelato does not contain as much air as regular ice cream. Gelato is served at a lower temperature than regular ice cream (about -15 degrees). Gluten-free.
Ingredients
Rehydrated skimmed MILK, sugar, coconut oil, fully hydrogenated vegetable oils (palm kernel,sunflower), glucose syrup, fat-reduced cocoa powder (1,7%), cocoa paste (1%), glucose-fructose syrup, BUTTER,LACTOSE, cocoa butter, emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, SOY and sunflower lecithin), thickeners(sodium alginate, locust bean gum), flavourings.
