Preparation instructions (Fin) | Laita jäiset munkit rasvatulle alustalle. Sulata 1–2 h huoneenlämmössä tai yön yli kylmiössä. Munkit voi nostattaa vasta, kun sisus on sulanut. Nostata 60–90 min nostatuskaapissa (33–36 °C, r.H. 70–75%). Ota munkit ulos nostatuskaapista 15 min ennen uppopaistoa, jotta munkkien pinta ehtii hieman kuivahtaa. Uppopaista n. 180°C rasvassa. Sokeroi paiston jälkeen. |
Preparation instructions (Swe) | Placera de frysta munkarna på ett smort underlag. Tina 1–2 h i rumstemperatur eller över natten i kyl. Tina munkarna ordentligt före jäsning. Jäs 60–90 i jässkåp (33–36 °C, 70–75% fuktighet). Låt munkarna torka i rumstemperatur 15 min före fritering. Fritera i ca 180°C fett. Sockra efter friteringen. |
