Kymppi Potato-parsnip Casserole is a root puree casserole suitable for all seasons. The aromatic and nutty parsnip is combined with Finnish potatoes and oat cream preparate. The casserole does not require additional spices, as the flavor of the parsnip develops richly in the oven. The casserole is a fully prepared frozen product that must be heated before consumption. The product is gluten-free and vegan.
