Preparation instructions (Fin) | Ota liha huoneenlämpöön noin tuntia ennen valmistusta. Mausta liha ja paista uunissa kokonaisena aluksi 200°C:ssa 30 minuuttia. Pienennä lämpö 150°C:een ja jatka kypsentämistä noin 2 ½ tunnin ajan. Varmista, että lihan sisälämpötila on 70 astetta. Tarjoa kokonaisena perunalisäkkeen kanssa tai paloittele kypsä liha esim. keittoon. |
